Whether mail reaches the inbox depends heavily on domain authentication and the sending hosts, not only on the copy.
SPF, DMARC and custom Return-Path
SendPromotion.Email supports SPF and DMARC on the sending domain, plus a custom Return-Path. Those records let receiving servers verify that the domain is sent from the nominated infrastructure, which reduces “unknown origin” filtering.
Dedicated VM hosts
Campaigns go out from dedicated virtual machines, not a public SMTP pool shared with unknown senders. Hosts are operated by iGears Technology Limited, and sending environments can be isolated per customer domain.
Multi-IP sending
Traffic is spread across multiple sending IPs so one address does not carry the whole volume. IP reputation can be watched and adjusted separately, which helps keep Hong Kong enterprise eDM delivery stable.
