404 Traffic & Redirect Checker

Find broken URLs, redirect chains and recoverable legacy traffic. Log analysis stays on your device.

Check redirect chain

Results are not published. URL checks are rate-limited and private or internal networks are blocked.

Local 404 access-log analysis

Choose an Nginx or Apache access log. Your browser reads it locally; the file is never uploaded.

Maximum 25 MB per file and 80 MB after decompression; common combined logs and gzip.

Use the result as a practical starting point

Use a direct permanent redirect only when an old URL has a genuinely relevant replacement. Unknown probes and unrelated paths should remain proper 404 or 410 responses instead of being sent to the home page.

Act on the highest-risk findings first

Fix crawling, failed responses, certificate or indexing problems before refinements. For an AI project, begin with a narrow, measurable pilot and named users.

Privacy and network safety

No sign-up is required. Log analysis and planning stay in the browser; public URL checks are rate-limited and block private, local and reserved network destinations.

Know the limits

Automated results are directional and cannot guarantee rankings, indexing, AI citations, security, ownership data or project outcomes. Validate important changes after deployment.
